The best way to get through any challenge is together, and we're here to help you.
We know just how difficult times have been during the COVID-19 outbreak and we’re here to share our expertise and assist you as much as possible to get up and trading again.
The Operator Tool Kit is a quick reference guide for you to refer to depending on which Alert Level your region is on and provides a checklist of actions that you may need to consider to trade safely and efficiently. We will release a new downloadable toolkit with each Alert Level change so you get to stay up to date and focussed on your business.
GUIDELINE UPDATE: ALERT LEVEL 3
In Alert Level 3 many of the risk adjusted strategy restrictions have been lifted and for restaurants this means the ability to sell product through delivery and takeaway/collection. In this way curbside collection becomes a safe and effective way to both limit unnecessary physical contact with the customer and keep your staff safe and healthy.
Our Alert Level 3 toolkit covers all aspects of contactless delivery, contactless payments and curbside collection along with other useful tips and downloads to get you back into the swing of things safely.
GUIDELINE UPDATE: ALERT LEVEL 4
Alert Level 4 is all about delivery & the safety of your products, staff and customers. This Alert Level 4 Toolkit covers all of these and other important aspects of getting back to business for your restaurant.
GUIDELINE SUMMARY (ALL ALERT LEVELS)
The road to recovery covers a series of Alert Levels each with different regulatory requirements. The transition through the levels is not simple either - you maybe on Alert Level 2 and have to go back to Level 4 in the event of a hotspot occurring in your area.
The Summary Guideline is a tool for you to use as a quick reference guide to assist you through the process and changes.
